Kimi's days at the Winter tests
Round 1 of this season's Wint er Tests in Barcelona is finished. 3 of 4 best laps were achieved by the Scuderia. Kimi Räikkönen replaced Sebastian Vettel as scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday. Soon as Kimi entered SF16 H he must have been reminded of the previous season: if something haüüens to the car, it ususally happens to him. The car's fuel system was not working properly so that he nearly lost the complete morning on Wednesday. However, 1:25.977 gave give them third best time of the day. On Wednesday, with SF16 H working well again, Kimi set the best lap with 1.23.477. With a 6.5 sec. gap, he was behind Vettel's best laptime, once again, more or less, keeping the gap from 2015. So, nothing new, but faster.

March, 1st to 4th will bring up the seceond and final test for the 2016 seasons, again to be held in Barcelona.
