Dear F-Register Community!
Factory holidays are coming up. 1,715 units were produced in July and now? Now we may... no, definitely have time for things we do outside.
And before we do that, let's take a look at the statistics, even though it's rather boring this month. Except for the fact that production was relatively high for one month. 2,252 records have been touched, means additions and probably a vey, very few corrected to some 500 records have been done to the 83rd Update of the database. All in all, we couldn't find anything particularly unusual. No model was discontinued, no new model was added. We can now assign the F169 M, the successor to the Roma, with the model digit '19'. But that means that at the moment a whole series of model digits are open for which new models still have to be found. Work for months to come.
And what's the crew doing? The Oldtimer Grand Prix at the Nürburgring is coming up and the Kaufhaus of the Prancing Horse, our iconic series on the Pebble Beach auctions, is in preparation, again with tons and tons of cars offered in auctions overseas in mid-August.
What we have already experienced is a visit to probably the most beautiful German museum. We have expected much and left the building with a playful smirk and that’s not another story, but something to watch out for the next day when we will do report and Slide Show.
So, step out into the sun and have a beautiful Summer Break!
