Vettel crushes Mercedes on the fast lap in Singapore
Sebastian Vettel achieved the first pole for the Scuderia this season. It is the first pole since the German GP 2012 (Alonso, #296) and the first Singapore-pole since 2010 (Alonso, #285).

Vettel hammered a 1:43.885 on the track, 0:00.543 ahead of Ricciardo and 0:00.782 ahead of Kimi on p3. Hamilton, as the best Mercedes-powered driver, came in on p5 with a laptime of 1:45.300.
