British Auction House is on the spot in Paris and Ascot
Everyone of us is not faultless and this is very specific for humans, but humans are intelligent and therefore adaptive - a trait Coys misses obviously. Through the decades we follow Ferrari-sales at auctions we often came over Coys offerings and noticed a growing carelessness on correct lot-discriptions over the years. Both auctions, be it the Important Motor Cars at Mondial de l’Automobile Paris-Auction or this year's The Spirit of Motoring Auction at Ascot, mistakes and errors runs like a thread through the lots. Whereever possible, we have corrected the details until we are running on empty... and we have given up to clear it with Coys - you cannot help those who are resistant to advice. Here are the lots:
