Danish GT-driver dies in fatal accident during 24 h du Mans
After a crash with his Aston Martin on the 4th lap of this year's 24 h du Mans Allan Simonsen (34) died at the track hospital today. Simonson's fatal accident was the first in the LM-race since Jo Gartner's death in 1986.

Allan Simonson was well known in the Ferrari community for being a constant driver on the recent Ferrari GT-cars like the F430 and the 458 Italia.
