Next Monday the Pebble Beach Week starts its dawning with the Pebble Beach Motoring Classic that leads to the destinaton Pebble Beach on the 17th.
F-Register goes to the 11th Schloss Dyck Classic Days this weekend. We are a bit in doubt about the event's future direction. We already communicated with the organizers last year about a rumour that the owners of classic cars refrain to show their cars during the Classic Days what was denied that time. From good sources we know that there has been a kind of 'secret private concours' without press and selected visitors only at the end of June. Let's hope this will not avoid the event's special flair. However, Coys has changed its German based summer auction from Oldtimer Grand Prix to the Classic Days this year, a first glimpse dissapoints with the lots, many cars return from previous auctions or from long-term selling attempts from local dealers. We'll see where it goes and report...
