After weeks of abundance, our market is already teeming with new arrivals.
So it's a welcome change to be able to dedicate oneself to the offered treasures in such a stately setting.
Our friends at Historics Auctioneers regularly hold auctions at Ascot Racecourse. The year begins with the Symphony of Spring on March 7th.
We're focusing on the five Ferrari lots and find two that are particularly noteworthy: Lot 42809 is the first 308 GTB QV – the first and last are always something special.
And the Dino! Very well documented, one of those where the original owner had the paint changed between ordering and delivery. It's worth mentioning that the car was later painted in the original "Rosso Chiaro" and, after its last restoration, sports "Rosso Corsa."
