As summer draws to a close, it is high time to hold the final "outdoor" events of the season over the next two months.

One of the regular events ushering in the autumn is the Historics Auctioneers event at Ascot in mid-September.

This time, the gathering takes place this coming weekend at the racecourse under the banner "Pace of Autumn," and the weather looks set to cooperate. The forecast calls for changeable but largely mild autumn conditions, with temperatures ranging from 19°C to 20°C. The chance of rain during the day is low; there may be some light rain on Saturday evening, but by then, the business of the day should already be concluded.
