A Weekend at the Airfield

There are still quite a few of them in England, and many are still operational, unlike, for example, the airfields on the continent where many, many airfield races took place after World War II. Sywell Aerodrome is located northwest of Northampton and is now available for private flying, flight training, corporate flights, and flying schools. And... cars!

Supercar Fest Ltd. runs its annual event there, simply called 'Supercar Fest'. Friends of Iconic Auctioneers take about an hour to get there by car. What could be more natural than to indulge in something close to the next auction?

On Saturday, Iconic brings around 100 cars to Sywell. Among them, of course, are some interesting pieces from Maranello. The range extends from a Vertroresina to a '70s Anni' car to the 812 competizione, the latest model.
