However, neither Alonso nor Räikkönen could take any advantage of that. Technical issues, obviously on both cars, did not prevent them from finishing but did prevent them from achieving better positions than p5 for Alonso and p9 for Räikkönen. 14 pts. for the Scuderia is better than nothing but to fulfil the ambitious expectations the Factory should sort out the problems asap and make some improvements before the other challenging teams like Mercedes or Red Bull sort out their problems as well.

PS: Ricciardo, 2nd in the race, has been disqualified as his car consumed too much fuel. For the moment, Alonso and Räikkönen moved up one position each in the table.
