The first period of high times for the auction houses begins in January. Scottsdale in Arizona is the first run, followed quickly by Paris. Let's start with the four overseas providers. Barrett-Jackson, Worldwide Auctioneers, Bonhams and RM Sotheby's are calling up their lots.
