Dear F-Register Community!
Ready since the weekend, as you're used to, but digital isn't always painless. Not a big deal in our case, because you had to wait an extra day, sorry for that.
In Maranello, they relaunched the CRM this month, as we heard. Of course, we experienced this firsthand; access to MyFerrari was temporarily unavailable. This apparently had an impact on the entire system landscape – so, electronically, May was a bit bumpy in Maranello, but all seems well again, it seems. The result of 903 new entries, which now significantly exceed the S/N 326,000, may also have resulted in the fact that there are "only" 903 new entries. The 296 Speciale and its "A" for Aperta sister were presented as expected, and the first examples are already among the "new" models and no longer codenamed M171. However, the launch car could be #319959, which was still codenamed M171.
The electric Ferrari will arrive later, and many of us hope it will, perhaps never. Apparently, the concepts for it will continue to be built on GTC4 Lusso chassis. Another reason was hard to come by, but you're never immune to surprises.
Two more 499 P Modificatos and four 296 GT3s are added to the new models.
A total of 1,246 records were touched, which is rather low for our standards, but we promise to do better again. In May, we also dedicated ourselves to completing the 412 series. It's not quite finished yet, but the number is reasonable and the distribution between automatic and manual models is good.
