Two victories, seven "did ot finish" - that wasn't enough to displace Mercedes as the second force in Formula 1, not even thinking about Red Bull. A strange season that was only able to reconcile somewhat towards the end of the season, but then ended just as tragically as it began with Sainz's underperformance in Abu Dhabi and bad luck in Vegas.
For a new one? Yes, it will come down to this, like every year and every year, Ferraristi like us hope that we will finally achieve a big success - with the new car and with the Scuderia crew. 2023 has shown that they are still far, far away from playing the role they actually want.
