Another of the nine LaFerrari studies on display at Museo Ferrari
In August of 2012 the Factory's design division finished with their ideas of the final look of the upcoming new supercar, LaFerrari. However, what is on display at the Museo Ferrari currently is "nothing" than a perfect 1:1 scale mock-up of the car that will go on production after the Factory's summer holiday break.

The mock-up shows the most typical current livery for cars from Maranello: a Rosso Corsa base paint "pimped" with the roof section in Nero 1250 DS, showing Red calipers and Shields.

Just compare hte pictures in the "Picture Box" to judge how fundamental the difference is between the "Manta"-study from May 2011 and the final design from August of 2012.
