You may have noticed that Pininfarina revealed the Ferrari Sergio, a concept car based on a 458 Italia Spider. There have been some other studies in Geneva previously – beside the numerous examples that Sbarro converted on different Ferraris.
Two of those exotics are connected to Swiss Willy Felber. Felber was a dealer for luxury cars -amongst others an official Ferrari dealer- at first running his own company, Haute Performance Morges. Used to Ferraris by this business Felber began to convert cars, the first one, a 330 GTC on customer’s demand, was transferred to a Felber FF and was presented at the Geneva Motor Show from April 29th to May 7th, 1974. This car, a cycle fender-style car that was adopting the Barchetta-styling, should have been, with still some doubts, #9107GT. The car was designed by Felber and built by Michelotti. The figures of the total number of cars built, is differing widely. Some sources say 12 examples are existing, others quote 7 examples, but experts do know only two further examples, #8949GT, #9107GT and #9365, all being built on heavily crashed 330 GTCs.
The other car, built by Michelotti as well, based on a design by Felber and presented in Geneva, is the so called "Croisette", the 365 GT/4 2+2 #18255. The car received an extension on the back that made the car to be a Shooting Brake. The original design of the 365 GT/4 2+2 is still visible. Croisette was a pure one off.
