FIAT Chrysler (FCA) chairman Sergio Marchionne announced today that FIAT will issue shares of Ferrari and a going public -quite probably in th US- will follow for a total of 10% of the complete Ferrari-equity holding.

Marrchione pointed out that he sees complete different ways of acting of FCA and Ferrari. Temporarily the FCA-share moved up 16%.
