Experts are many, but most of them are far away from estimating a clear balance of power of the competitors. To be honest, the 2nd test this winter, the 1st Barcelona test, still is something give the new cars and new parts a trial. the 2nd Barcelona test should give some impression what can be expected for the season starter down under.
Merceds seemed to have some technical difficulties in the morning, however, Rosberg managed to achieve the best time in the afternoon. Behind Rosberg we find the "Chain of Champions" with Kimi, Alonso and Vettel, all four of them within the half of the same second.
