It all starts on Wednesday. Not only F-Register's Crew will be arriving in Paris (what might be a non-event for most), but RM Sotheby's is having their auction, traditionally held near the Musée de l'Armée and Les Invalides at Place Vauban.
Bonham's nearby location at Grand Palais, close to Champs-Élysées, is already open for preview that Wednesday, but having their sale on Thursday.
On Thursday everybody is heading to Porte de Versailles, where Paris Expo is located to host Rétromobile 2019 until Sunday. If it's just a fraction of cars on display compared to previous years, it will just be fine, but, to be honest, we expect a lot Ferraris to be shown again this year.
Could this be a part of Movendi's display in Paris? 0109S and Eddie Irvine's former GTO #53307 are currently placed at Classics Remise together with Dino #01100.
During Salon Rétromobile, Artcurial has a home match in Hall 2.1 with four auctions in three days. Interesting us most, classic cars are to be offered on Friday. A further highlight will be the "Vibration"-sale on Sunday. Ever been interested in a race suit or a helmet by one of our heroes? If so, the "Vibration"-sale will be your place to be!
Saturday sees Artcurial offering MV Augusta motorcycles and an auction of memorabilia. Ever thought about having a 1:1 scale Renault F1 Team X Lego car with matching mechanics? If your home offers enough space, be sure to be there.
And the reason for us being early on our "1-2-3" is just that we will use time until Wednesday to inform you about the three auctions in advance!
