Sometimes you can't catch your breath and you can't stop being amazed - we still owe you our findings from Paris with two GTOs, countless Lussos (do we actually say Lussi in this case? :)) and 275 GTBs and lots of wonderful displays, but it's moving on.

Sotheby's begins its next clap of thunder on Wednesday! A Testa Rossa! Not, without wanting to be disrespectful, this modern stuff from the 80s that is already the perfect classic for our young users, but, the Real One! One of 19! Well, of course we're having a bit of a problem again, like with the recently offered GTO... 0738TR is no longer completely original either. Drogo converted it into a fantasy GTO in 1963/1964, and DK Engineering did a great job in 1989 and restored the TR with a new body.

And... we saw 0738TR when Carlos Monteverde owned it in Brazilian yellow and green livery and used him regularly in the Historic Challenge. The first picture in our slide show comes from the Racing Days in Spa in 2006.

The wonderful rest was provided by Sotheby's. The high bid in 2010 at RM in Monterey was up to $10.7 million. Leslie Wexner then acquired it afterwards. Let's see where the prices take us almost 14 years later.
